Adam W. Ghrist is an experienced attorney and trial lawyer with more than 13 years of experience in both state and federal courts. Adam practices in the areas of general civil, business, and commercial litigation, family law and related matters, as well as criminal law. Additionally, Adam has developed a focus advising businesses and organizations on internal investigations.
Before joining Finegan Rinker & Ghrist as a partner, Adam served as an Assistant United States Attorney and the First Assistant State’s Attorney in McLean County, Illinois. In addition to his legal practice, Adam has also taught at Illinois State University, Heartland College, and Lincoln College as an adjunct professor in criminal law as well as legal research and writing.
